I need to buy some Ohio State football tickets for my mom. Any idea how/where to do so. Ticket master doesn’t seem to have any available and I can’t figure anything else out that looks legit.

go to the ticket office, pull out your wallet, give them your credit card or cash, say "can i have two tickets please" There you go!

you wont be able to buy tickets to 1 single ohio st game unless you find a scalper or a ticket agency like ebay or stubhub either way you are looking at $200 – 500 easy
Ohio st will sell out before they quit selling season tickets. Ohio st fans have nothing else to do in Columbus. there is a waiting list for season tickets
if there ever are any seats left after the season tickets they would go on sale as single seats in the end of july early august.
