Buy Football Tickets On The Web

I want to go to Brazil in 2014 for the World Cup to see Mexico kick @$$ and im already saving money but I have no clue on where to start. Do you guys know where people actually buy the World Cup tickets, when theyll be on sale, or where to go? I heard FIFA.com sells them but im not sure, do you guys have any ideas?

They aren’t in sale yet until like the last months where all teams are qualified. They will be on sale probably by late 2012 to early 2013 for the Confederations Cup where Mexico will participate.

I know it’s not on sale yet but I want to make sure.

It’s the only place where you can be sure that you are getting an actual ticket (not a fake) and pay the real price (as opposed to being ripped off by a scalper). Plus, when it comes to the purchasing and distributing of tickets, FIFA is actually very efficient and good.

My brother and I are trying to save up for the next world cup, but I don’t really have a good idea of how the tickets are sold. It seems like a good chunk of them are sold by lottery rather than first come-first served. Is that how ALL of them are sold? I mean, after saving up for years might we have to deal with not getting tickets because of a lottery?
I mean the World Cup 2014 in Brazil, btw- not the Women’s World Cup going on right now.

how does it work apparently there is some kind of lottery draw, so do you pay for each game individually or as a package? i am aware that 2014 prices are not up yet but even use prices from 2010 or rough estimates thanks

i would say around £50-£100(UK price) depending on what section
but also then theirs food, transport and hotel you’re staying, quite alot of money man
